Centrex Rehab Services is looking for a full time Physical Therapist that is passionate about helping patients achieve a better quality of life to work full time at Augustana Health Care Center, Chapel View located in Hopkins, MN. This PT will work with two experienced Physical Therapy Assistants and another experienced full time Physical Therapist at this great skilled nursing care center that has a busy Transitional Care Unit.
