o Cisco AS8100 Cisco DMS signage platform using DMPs AppSpace
o Tandberg/Cisco Video Conference Endpoints and infrastructure hardware & software TMS, VCS Control, VCS Expressway, ISDN Gateway, MCU Crestron Control systems and AV Integration fundamentals
o IP Networking knowledge
o HTML FLASH H.264 & Windows Media formats SIP (G.711, G.729, G.722, T.48,etc) MGCP, PRI protocols
o Web Collaboration Technologies (WebEx & AdobeConnect)
o Dial Plan configurations and translations; Application dialing rules, Class of Service restrictions VMware and Server Technologies
o Linux, Microsoft Server technologies LDAP, SLDAP, SFTP, TFTP, SSH, DNS, DHCP, 802.1x, RDP, POE Wi-Fi integration as well as broadband wireless federation
o CCVP, CCNP, CCNA preferred
o Presentation skills and excellent analytical skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least six, typically eight or more years experience in all phases of infrastructure network management or its equivalent in education and work experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
