The role we are looking to fill is a Marketing Manager role. The role is a part-time position. As we move into the spring and summer the hours will increase to daily and more depending upon need.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Industry Knowledge - Basic knowledge of construction and home improvement
Writing/Editing - The ability to blog and write newsletters from basic outlines
Social Media - Familiarity with social media to promote blog posts, interact with clients, and create engaging posts
Answer Messages/Calls - Handle routine customer calls, email, chat, and social media messages
Trade Show Booth - Work trade shows and interact with potential clients.
Create Campaigns around Objectives - Design campaigns based on general marketing objectives
Design, Hire, and Oversee Teams- Create strategies, and teams to meet lead goals through canvassing, phone, and other methods
Track Results - Maintain result tracking reports
Train Marketers- Train new employees
Process Development - The ability to provide creative input into marketing processes and the sales processes to help grow the company.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
