We have a great opportunity for a RN with supervisory experience. Augustana Residential Care, located in Hopkins, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse with assisted living home care experience, to join our team as the Health Services Director.
This position will:
supervise staff
market services
assess clients for program requirements
train staff to specific services for clients
budget and financial management
ensure residents have up to date care plans.
Qualified applicants will have:
a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Minnesota
supervisory experience in an assisted living homecare setting
be detail-oriented and self-motivated
have good communication and customer service skills
have BLS CPR training
Holistic-oriented and BSN degree helpful but not required
Home care and/or Assisted Living experience is a plus
Augustana Care is a Christian-based organization that has been in operation for over 100 years providing housing, skilled nursing care, adult day programs, assisted living programs, therapy services and many other community services for the older adult and those in need.
