Perform technical writing
Responsibilities:
Seeking a Technical Writer I to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding existing processes and required steps in the processes
Document processes in a user-friendly format
Incorporate illustrations and pictures into the documentation as appropriate
Verify with SMEs that procedures are complete and accurate
