- Salary dependent on experience; up to $50k/year - Located in Saint Louis Park areaJob Duties for Information Technology Department Coordinator:
- Coordinating deployment of technology department services and equipment - Maintain inventory database of computers and other technical hardware - Manage, track, and renew organization-wide software licenses and maintenance contracts - Proactively identify improvements to processes, macros, documents, tools, reports, etc.
- High software proficiency for learning new cloud-based systems - Assist in the planning and coordination of professional development, including event-planning coordination and creation of auxiliary training materials - Manage communication, billing statements, and reconciliation for mobile device platforms regarding repairs and insurance - Budgeting for technology department - Coordinate special or ongoing projects - Act as primary contact point for vendors regarding purchase orders, warranty, service contracts, and other mattersQualified Information Technology Department Coordinator Must Have:
- High School Diploma with 2 or 4 year degree in business or similar field, or equivalent experience - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to multitask - 3-5 years of combined experience in administrative, technology, and accounting fieldsQualified applicants:
