We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
Duties:
Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls (multiple lines), take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Schedule appointments Check-in and check-out clients Collect payments and process invoices Various office and clerical tasks including email, faxing, and scanning Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred - Proficient computer skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
