Senior Client Relationship Manager

As Ambient Consulting expands, we are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager (sales) in our Minnetonka, MN office with a focus on IT Solution sales and marketing, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
This role revolves around nurturing specific client connections, establishing rapport at executive tiers (C level), and devising a vision and strategy for Ambient's solutions and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
market prospects and devise innovative business strategies and tactical plans.
in orchestrating and spearheading client and partner gatherings to ensure a thorough understanding and endorsement of Ambient's solutions and services.
as a senior-level relationship manager, skilled at interpreting complex business and technology concepts to audiences of varied expertise.
in advocating for, negotiating, and determining new business opportunities at the CEO, President, CFO, and executive levels.
with clients and partners, supplying deep business insight, strategy, and foresight throughout the sales process.
client expectations and communicate critical issues and progress to team members.
Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with peers and partners, communicating Ambient's core strengths, competencies, and delivery while distinguishing our service offerings from competitors.
with practices and the sales team in crafting GTM strategies, establishing best practices, and refining processes.
customer for life relationships by developing lasting personal and professional bonds and setting benchmarks for continuous customer satisfaction.
