We are currently hiring a Sales Customer Service Representative for our largest U.
S printed circuit board facility located in Minnetonka, MN.
If you have experience working with customer procurement and program teams, enjoy a fast-paced environment, have an attention to detail and get excited about helping to build products that support some of the most demanding applications in the world, this opportunity could be for you.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Review documentation, ensure completeness and enter customer purchase orders into FTG's ERP system, as well as, customer portals as required.
Provide customers with timely order status and shipping information Coordinate quote responses with sales team and customers Answer customer inquiries about order status and delivery schedules Help expedite deliveries and maintain oversight on key orders Assist Sales staff with various issues pertaining to new and existing orders, and quote status Work with plant procurement, production control, engineering and manufacturing teams to communicate customer information, preventing/resolving any issues and supporting order deliveries.
Miscellaneous filing Other work and projects as assigned Follow area operating procedures, safety protocol and company policies Required Skills/
Experience:
Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Consistent performer with outstanding dependability Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person Works well independently and is also able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the team, customers and management Experience using Microsoft Suite (ie:
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable learning new skills and working with various customer portals Proficient computer skills are a plus Basic math skills required Job Type:
