Preparation of meals by following standardized recipesHandles and prepares food in a safe manner following policies and infection control and safety standards.Ensure timely production and meal service is provided to residentsSet up line serviceClean and sanitize equipment and work area after each useAssists with special eventsAssists Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff

Required:
ServSafe certification, or must be acquired within 90 days of start dateBasic math skills and comfortable using Microsoft applicationsMust have good problem solving and time leadership skillsGood written and oral communication skillsMust be 18 years of age or olderPreferred:
Vocational/technical training/education/degreeHigh School Diploma/GED preferredCooking experience in a similar environmentScratch cooking experience Recommended Skills Communication Cooking Infection Control Leadership Mathematics Occupational Safety And Health Apply to this job.
