Responsibilities:
You will evaluate and investigate insurance claims with a customer-centric approachYou will communicate effectively with policyholders to gather necessary informationYou will utilize time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple cases simultaneouslyYou will apply computer savviness to navigate our claims management systems and databasesYou will demonstrate empathy and provide support to customers during stressful situationsYou will resolve conflicts by finding equitable solutions that satisfy all parties involvedYou will develop professional competencies through training and feedback
Qualifications:
