Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system - Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel - Greet visitors and direct them to the correct department or person - Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments - Assist with dental receptionist duties, including checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, and collecting payments - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in an office setting preferred - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
