Responsibilities:
Perform general front desk associate role, including welcoming guests into the studio, handling client phone calls and appointment bookings, processing client paperwork, keeping the lobby area clean and inviting for guests.
Oversee all established sales processes at the front desk.
Work with the studio manager to create and implement programs that increase productivity and reach revenue/conversion goals on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Provide sales training for new and existing front desk staff to ensure that studio goals are being met by all individuals.
Coach and mentor staff in sales processes on an ongoing basis.
Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the back and front of house work closely together and adhere to established service path processes.
Monitor daily sales trackers on a regular basis
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk associate or in a similar clerical role is preferred - Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience with proven results - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with web-based point of sale system a plus If you have a sales background and are eager to make a difference in a health and wellness focused environment, we invite you to apply.
