Lead Associates provide direction to staff to ensure that customer satisfaction and production standards are being met to achieve established goals.
Requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent required.
o One year of retail or customer service experienceo One year of leadership experience.
o Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight.
o Able to lift 40 lbs.
on a regular basis (more occasionally) and stand on feet for up to eight hours.
o Able to assemble and move racks and shelves for extended periods of time.
o Able to carry items up and down stairs as needed.
o Ability to part-time or full-time hours.

o Completes timely and accurate required reports.
o Maintains a safe and orderly work environment, ensuring staff follow safe work practices.
o Other duties as assigned.
