Location - Remote USA but close to a major airport Position The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for seeking out, managing, and growing revenue by enhancing and developing relationships and sales opportunities within strategic or key account(s).
Proven success selling to, thru, and/or with large System Integrators and large IT organizations is a must as these accounts may be global or country focused.
The rep is the primary point of contact regardless of geographic location.
These accounts are key, highly strategic and may have complex technical requirements.
The SAM is responsible identifying, hunting, and onboarding new business by forging significant key partner relationships and development.
What We Offer This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager who will help promote and expand the breadth and width of our Cellular Router and Digi Remote Manager Strategic Account portfolio.
You will work with a highly talented team to reach out to those large enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do Identifies sales opportunities and participates in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities Maintains detailed knowledge of account by establishing relationships with all management levels involved in managing, procuring, and deciding upon technology Understands the overall goals and strategy of the customer as it relates to technology implementation Provides input in defining the sales strategy within the account and acts as a leader in strategy execution Creates and delivers formal presentations to customer base Conducts account reviews on a regular basis.
Meets and/or exceeds assigned revenue goals and objectives for accounts Understanding the ecosystem of OEM, Distribution, and the two tiered sales approach is ideal Partners with sales engineering and/or other sales members to win key sales opportunities Participates in regional and corporate trade shows, seminars and other sales and marketing events Maintains complete knowledge and awareness of competitive products and programs Understanding the IOT and/or IIOT landscape, LTE, 5G, and security challenges to position SaaS and Hardware as a comprehensive solution is ideal Provides sales statistics, forecasts, and reports on sales activity within strategic accounts and those requested by management Develops and implements targeted marketing plans to identify and recruit resellers, integrators, end users and corporate partners according to the company's corporate strategy Maintains detailed account profiles, account status and up-to-date reporting of activities in the CRM tool (i.
e.
Net Suite) Actively pursues appropriate continuing education and development programs to maintain and enhance job related technical and functional skills Travel required, 70+% (see Core Technical/Functional skills section) This position participates in a sales incentive/commission plan Who You Are and What You Bring Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8
years successful sales experience required or equivalent combination of experience and education Excellent presentation and organization skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levels.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
